The coffee's elegant, floral fragrance is paired with lots of fruity notes, particularly of lychee, currant or berries, and citrus fruit. Produced by Alejandra Muñoz and Jhonatan Gasca on their farm Bella Vista, where the coffee goes through an extended fermentation using a specific type of yeast.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe sachets are nitrogen-flushed during packaging to preserve freshness and therefore have a shelf life of 12 months.
