It is a new addition to our range, sourced from the same people who brought the natural Buku Abel to us.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce the coffee cherries, which are harvested by smallholder producers in the area, \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e arrive at the washing station, they are floated to sort out defects and pulped. A dry fermentation step follows, which takes about four days, before the coffee is washed to remove mucilage.
