We assign at least one tag, such as Filter or Espresso, to each coffee. Many coffees are tagged with both, these can be considered omni roasts.

Some coffees have additional tags such as Limited Edition, Premium or Decaf.

Our regular retail bags contain 250g of coffee, except for some of the coffees that are tagged Premium, which are often packed in 150g bags.

Coffees tagged Espresso are additionally available in 750g bags.

All our coffees are also available in 1kg bags or reusable buckets of 4kg for our B2B customers.

Most weeks, we roast Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We usually ship all orders placed by Monday 23:59 (CET) on Wednesday (or deliver them on Thursday in case of local delivery in Bern).

We also ship orders on Fridays so in case you haven't placed your order by Monday, get in touch and we'll try our best to squeeze it in.

Please note that we may occasionally run on an adjusted schedule. If your planned order is very time-critical, please get in touch before to ensure we are able to deliver your order on time.

We usually add some flyers, stickers and business cards to your wholesale order as well as coffee cards with a photo, a short description and lots of information about each coffee.

The cards are typically presented to customers along with the coffee or put on display to promote the coffee. We also usually place them next to the retail bags on our shelves.

Of course we do! We usually share your Drip-related content on social media when you tag us.

We also post customer spotlights on social media as well as in our newsletter every now and then to showcase cafés, online stores or restaurants we supply.

We're very open for other types of collabs, events, bar takeovers or whatever else would be fun. We're happy to hear your ideas!

Yes, we ship worldwide (to almost all countries of the world). For countries of the European Union, we typically offer to calculate duties & taxes at checkout so you won't have to worry about any additional costs being added when you buy our coffee. As a nice side effect, this usually speeds up clearance at customers as well.

If you are outside the EU and still want us to take care of duties & taxes to make life easier for you, get in touch – we can offer this for most countries, but have not activated it by default, as some of our customers prefer to handle customs clearance themselves.
