Fluency in (Swiss) German or English are a requirement and in case of no (Swiss) German skills, the willingness to learn some basics quickly is expected.
What the job entails:

Most of the time, two baristas work together with max. a few hours per day working alone. Shift schedules are always published well in advance, therefore, working hours can be planned well. Some flexibility to cover for other team members during vacations and sick leave is necessary.
