Cacao mass (Peru), cacao at least 39% (from organic farms), raw cane sugar, cacao butter (Dom. Rep.), whole milk powder, caramel pieces 5% (raw cane sugar, whole milk powder, butter, glucose syrup), sea salt 0.5%.

Choba Choba is the totally different chocolate manufacturer. The company from Bern has been collaborating with cocoa farmers very closely since 2015 to produce fair, high-quality chocolate in a sustainable way. But that's not enough for the young team: they're implementing a whole new business model, in which all cocoa farmers own a part of the company Choba Choba themselves.

The cocoa used for the delicious chocolate bars comes from small family farms in the villages Pucallpillo and Santa Rosa in the Peruvian Alto Huayabamba valley.

The harmonious Swiss organic milk chocolate 41% with caramel & sea salt is crafted from selected cacao beans from Choba Choba's own farms in the Peruvian Huayabamba Valley and Swiss organic milk.

The chocolate is enhanced with golden caramel and French sea salt from the Guérande region. The extra dose of caramel accentuates the delicate caramel notes already present in this milk chocolate, while the sea salt harmoniously balances the sweetness. An irresistible fusion of sweet and salty.
