This coffee is very balanced and sweet with slightly floral notes, a subtle citrus acidity and a yogurt-like texture.

Sebastian Gomez was born into coffee: His father John has been working in coffee for more than 30 years and bought his farm La Divisa in 1995. Sebastian witnessed the specialty coffee movement when he was living abroad. When he returned to Colombia in 2014, he wanted to be more involved in his father’s farm – and he wanted to grow specialty coffee rather than focusing on quantity. They soon started to plant varieties such as Geisha and Pink Bourbon and after three years of hard work and learning more about cultivating and processing coffee, he was very happy with the results. Today, Sebastian runs the 13-hectare farm along with his father and his wife.
