The Pesado 58.5 tamper has been created in order to take puck prep to the next level. The precision-machined 90 degree edge with a tamper diameter of 58.5 mm maximises basket coverage. In addition, the sharp edges help avoid any residue. This can avoid channeling as less coffee grounds remain un-tamped. The result is better consistency and a more even extraction.
