📦 Delivery & Schedule
Orders by B2B customers in the city of Bern are usually delivered by us, rather than shipped. Delivery typically takes place Thursday mornings (exceptions may occur).
Our weekly order deadline is Monday 23:59 CEST/CET. As a general rule, all orders placed before this time are fulfilled the same week. Orders that require shipping are processed and dispatched on Wednesdays or Fridays.
Please note that we may occasionally run on an adjusted schedule. If your planned order is very time-critical or if you are planning on placing an unusually large order, please get in touch before to ensure we are able to deliver your order on time.
🚛 Buying in Bulk
Besides our 250 gram retail bags (or 150 g for the most exclusive coffees), all our coffees are available in bags of 1 kg. Besides, most coffees can also be ordered in bulk in increments of 4 kg. In this case, the coffee will either be delivered in bags of 3 kg and 1 kg (when shipped) or in reusable 4 kg plastic bins (local delivery). If you receive your coffee in bins, we collect empty bins whenever we deliver fresh coffee to you.
🛒 Placing an Order
Orders are typically placed on our online store. After logging in, you will see your special B2B prices for coffee as well as gear, merch and some other items. Enjoy a secure, self-serve experience that’s always available, 24/7. You will see shipping options and costs at checkout before completing your order. Please note that placing orders by email or phone usually leads to a slower turnaround time and is more prone to errors.

🕺 Marketing Support
We usually add some flyers, stickers and business cards to your wholesale order as well as coffee cards with a photo, a short description and lots of information about each coffee. The cards are typically presented to customers when coffee is served or put on display to promote the retail bags – but this is completely up to you, of course!
We generally share your Drip-related content on social media when you tag us. Additionally, we frequently post Customer Spotlights on our account and in our newsletter, where we feature cafés, online stores, or restaurants that offer our coffee.
