Café Manager 80–100% (34–42h/Week)

We are looking to hire someone for the position ofCafé Manager for our Specialty Coffee shop in Bern with a workload of 80–100% (34–42 hours per week) to join us in the first half of 2027, probably between February and April. The position includes a fixed monthly salary with 5–7 weeks of paid vacation time. Good spoken and written skills in German and English are required, therefore it is only described in detail in German.
