Paper filters by Cafec have been rather popular in the world of specialty coffee. We stock the light and medium-dark roasted filters as well as the Abaca+ filters in sizes for 1 cup and 4 cup in packs of 100 filters. While the Abaca+ filters typically give you a fast water flow, the different roasting level filters are designed to control flow speed.
Cafec has taken efforts to make their filters more eco-friendly. The Abaca+ filters are made of abaca and are FSC-certified. The amount of material needed has been decreased compared to the previous version by lowering the height of the crepe. The Abaca+ filters are made with what they call the «fine-grained method».
