The Zurich-based chocolate factory does not only produce and sell chocolate but organises events to spread the knowledge about good chocolate and its origins. laflor have now added a pinch of salt to it from the saltworks in Bex in the canton of Vaud. The coarseness of the alpine salt gives the chocolate an exciting, playful note.
