Timemore Black Mirror Basic 2 Scale

Easy to use, simple and reliable: That's the Timemore Black Mirror Basic 2 (revised version) coffee scale. A sleek, simple device with a nice, simplistic design. The revised version now comes with an auto mode: An automated timer begins to count once you start pouring. Alternatively, you can still start the timer manually, of course.

The revised version is faster resp. more responsive than its predecessor and Timemore added an auto mode. Fortunately, the scale still comes in a convenient size and light weight, which makes it a good travel scale as well.

The revised version also displays the flow rate, which allows for full control over the extraction during filter or espresso brewing.

The scale has a LED display and can be charged via its USB-C port. The surface is waterproof (the charging port is not). A silicon pad makes sure your portafilter or glass carafe stay where they are. After five minutes without using the scale, it switches off automatically.

The price includes the prepaid recycling charge (vRG) of CHF 0.56.
