The Pesado Dosing Ring serves as an adjustable tool to achieve efficiency and effectiveness during preparation of the coffee in the portafilter before the extraction. When preparing the puck it is essential that the coffee is evenly distributed in the basket. The dosing ring helps to reach this goal. Thanks to the adjustable height, it eliminates the error many dosing tools have, which is an improper distance between the dosing tool and the bottom floor of the basket.
