The BOOSTER was developed in Spain near Barcelona by the coffee startup Sibarist together with Matt Winton (2021 World Brewers Cup Champion).
The Booster is a revolutionary piece of coffee brewing equipment. It is a tool to increase the extraction strength and the drawdown flow of your brews using flatbed drippers, cone-shaped drippers or brewers like the Aeropress.
Sitting between your filter and the brewer, the Sibarist Booster drastically increases contact points under the bed, right where we want to have most of our coffee flow through the filter, in a very even way. This increases the drawdown speed and the potential for a higher extraction without channeling.
Expect brews without bitterness or dryness, even at very high extraction yields, allowing you to grind finer and brew sweeter, richer and probably better cups without changing your brewer – just by adding the Booster under your paper filter.
The Booster 45 is for flatbed brewers, the Booster 22 is for 60° brewers like the V60, the Booster Cone can be used with various cone-shaped brewers and the Booster 63 is for brewers like the Aeropress.
